For 14 transformative years, #WeAllGrow has stood as more than just a platform—we’ve been a movement, a sanctuary, and a catalyst for change in the digital landscape. Today, we’re proud to announce that our beloved Amigahood community will continue its impactful journey under the leadership of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE).

A Legacy of Transformation

From our humble beginnings as Latina Bloggers Connect to evolving into #WeAllGrow, our mission has remained steadfast: creating spaces where Latinas find their power, build their dreams, and form unbreakable bonds. Together, we’ve redefined how Latinas heal, commune, and grow. Our summits set new industry standards, our advocacy opened doors previously closed to our community, and our collective voice reimagined what’s possible when Latinas rise together.

This transition arrives during a time of unprecedented socio-political shifts. As the most prominent Latina community platform, #WeAllGrow has stood resilient—both as a first line of defense against erasure and as a beacon of collective possibility. We’ve witnessed firsthand how DEI efforts face systematic dismantling and how corporate priorities shift, leaving mission-driven organizations like ours to shoulder both the responsibility and impact of these changes.

In this critical moment, when so many spaces for our community are being silenced or diminished, we find profound gratitude that HACE has stepped forward to shepherd Amigahood into its next chapter. Under the brilliant leadership of Patricia Mota, HACE will ensure our community continues to have a safe place to gather, pursue professional goals, access valuable resources, and nurture the meaningful connections that have always been at the heart of our work.

At the heart of this journey stands our founder, A na Flores, whose visionary leadership planted the seed that flourished into an ecosystem where thousands found their voice and purpose. Her impact on the digital landscape will continue to ripple for generations.

“I have been a part of HACE for years and invest my time as a member of the Advisory Council. Together, we have elevated voices through countless initiatives such as Latina Equal Pay Day,” shares Ana, highlighting the natural alignment between these two powerful organizations.

In 2022, Vanessa Santos joined as Partner and co-CEO, expanding #WeAllGrow’s reach and influence. Her leadership strengthened our community ecosystem and refined WAG’s signature model of creating safe gathering moments where Latinas could show up authentically and colorfully.

When faced with challenging decisions, such as canceling Weekend Fest in 2023, Ana and Vanessa led with unwavering integrity, standing in solidarity with hotel workers in Southern California—a choice that came at a cost but upheld our core values. That’s who #WeAllGrow has always been: a community that leads with purpose and principle.
