1. Sponsor and Prize Provider: The Sponsor of the Win a Magical Vacation with #WeAllGrow is Latina Bloggers Connect, Inc d.b.a #WeAllGrow Latina Network (the “Sponsor”) The Prize Provider is Disney Destinations, LLC (“Disney”). Disney is not responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries, the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or the selection of the winners.
2. Eligibility: Win a Magical Vacation with #WeAllGrow (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to those who sign up at https://gleam.io/ivLUV/win-a-walt-disney-world-vacation-with-weallgrow-latina. The Sweepstakes is open in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington D.C. only and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and Disney their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant (“You”) agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on November 16, 2022, at 11:00 AM PST and ends on November 30, 2022[EMH3] , at 11:59 PM PST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at weallgrowlatina.com/win-disney-vacation. The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the “Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) vacation package for up to four (4) persons (the “Group”) for 2 nights (2) nights and three (3) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort to be awarded to the Prize Winner, each of which vacation package (the “Vacation Package”) shall consist of the following:
   1. Up to four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, airfare will not be provided.
   2. Two (2) Lyft ride vouchers of up to $50.00 each for a round trip ride between MCO and Walt Disney World® Resort for the Group (subject to Lyft Terms of Service); provided, however, that if Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, the vouchers will not be provided.
   3. Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for two (2) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion; based on availability.
   4. Up to four (4) 3-Day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option (Note: To enter a theme park, both a park reservation and valid ticket, for the same park on the same date, are required for guests ages 3 and older, prior to visiting).
7. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the Vacation Package is $4,985.04[EMH4] . The actual value of each Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of room rates and airfares. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the Vacation Package will not be awarded. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Prize Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Winning vacation rules include, but are not limited to:
   1. Vacation Packages must be used between January 2, 2023, and December 31, 2023, subject to availability. A Prize Winner and the three (3) guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to MCO.
   2. Vacation Package fulfillment and travel are subject to certain restrictions, air travel/flight availability, and certain hotel/room availability at the Premises. Block-out dates apply. No extensions will be granted (unless stated otherwise). Certain travel and lodging restrictions apply including airline carrier’s regulations and conditions. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason and Prize Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.
   3. Vacation Packages do not include the following: transportation from/to Prize Winner’s residence; airport departure fees and taxes; baggage fees; insurance (health, travel, medical); hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; spa treatments; food; beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, etc.; incidental expenses; local and long-distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly included herein. Federal, state and local taxes relating to the Vacation Package are the responsibility of the Group.
   4. All elements of the Vacation Package must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation Package. Any portion of the Vacation Package not accepted or used by Prize Winner will be forfeited.
   5. A Vacation Package (and all elements thereof) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion.
   6. The Prize Winner and guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and/or passports, as applicable.
   7. The Group will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.
   8.  If the Prize Winner chooses to bring fewer than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute accommodations or compensation provided to the Prize Winner.
   9. Vacation Package must be booked at least 45 days in advance of travel departure date. If Vacation Package is not used by December 31, 2023, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No extensions will be granted, and no changes will be made to Vacation Package details once it has been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion.
   10. Disney reserves the right to delay, postpone or otherwise reschedule the Vacation Package for different dates, even if already booked, as necessary based on any reason, including, without limitation: (i) the health and safety protocols of the Walt Disney World® Resort, which take into consideration guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local and international health authorities, the U.S. Travel Association, and The Walt Disney Company’s team of health experts, and (ii) the rules and regulations in place for Florida.
   11.  In the event the Prize Winner and/or any of the guests engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to the Walt Disney World® Resort health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Group home with no further compensation. Each Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group.
   12.  If any member of the Group is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence (a “minor”), the Prize Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian.
   13.  If any portion of the Vacation Package is not available for any reason, then Disney reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Vacation Package with another prize of comparable or greater value.
   14. Theme park tickets must be used prior to December 31, 2023. Terms and conditions as set forth herein and on the theme park tickets shall apply. An inability to use any tickets will result in forfeiture of such tickets. Block-out dates may apply. No extensions will be granted.
   15. Theme parks, attractions and other offerings are subject to availability, closures, change or cancellation without notice or liability. Park admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed.
   16. To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system (https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/) AND valid admission are required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the group ages 3 and up. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. A park reservation must be made for each day of entry.    17. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By accepting and using the Vacation Package and visiting the Walt Disney World® Resort, the Prize Winner and guests voluntarily assume all risks related in any way to exposure to COVID-19, and any other communicable or infectious disease. The Prize Winner and guests must comply with all theme park rules and regulations, including any public health restrictions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of the prize. Disney reserves the right to remove or deny entry to the Prize Winner and/or any of the Guests who do not comply with any health restrictions imposed by any government or Disney. The Prize Winner and guests are also responsible for understanding and complying with any COVID-19 travel restrictions. Before visiting, each Guest should visit https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/ to view important information about park reservations, limitations on benefits, features, experiences and offerings, safety measures and other information.
   18. The Vacation Packages are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney. A Prize Winner may not charge any guest for participating in the prize.
   19. The Prize Winner and guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity/COVID-19 release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The Prize Winner and guests may be required to execute and return, where legal, publicity releases, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of Prize Winner.
   20. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the Vacation Package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Vacation Package, or Vacation Package-related activity including travel.
9. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Prize Winner Selection and Notification: The Prize Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Prize Winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Prize Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Prize Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two (2) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Prize Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Prize Winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion will result in the Prize Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
11. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless #WeAllGrow Latina Network from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which #WeAllGrow Latina Network may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
12. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless #WeAllGrow Latina Network, Disney and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
14. Disputes:
    1. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the United States having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 
    2. All disputes arising out of or relating to the Walt Disney World® Vacation Package shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the Circuit Court of Orange County in the State of Florida (or if the Circuit Court does not have jurisdiction over the subject matter thereof, then before any other court sitting in Orange County, Florida, having subject matter jurisdiction). Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.
    3. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes’ promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the official rules, the official rules shall prevail and govern.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
18. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
